We will refund/exchange any purchases if the request is made within 7 days from the date of delivery. Only products that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition (with all tags attached and not damaged) will be refunded or exchanged. Products that are used or damaged will be returned to customers at their own cost.

For your protection and ours, if the shipping address on your order does match the billing address of your credit card, we will verify your order over the phone before shipping.

Domestic ground delivery is always Free. Discounted shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. Please see below chart for detail.
